Mind-Body Care provides client-centered services where our clinicians meet our clients where they are in their mental health journey. We are a group of compassionate, sensitive, and collaborative clinicians who can help you develop a healthy, more meaningful and positive relationship with your own self and others. We are dedicated to focusing on your strengths and providing you with internal resources to assist you with your needs. Our vision is to create awareness and empower members of the community so they are invested in their self-discovery and self-care.
Our clinicians’ diverse backgrounds, specialties, and active engagement in your journey are why clients come to MB Care. Our clinicians vary in their specialties and work with clients across diverse backgrounds. We are dedicated to serving our communities and have clinicians who specialize in a multitude of topics, including neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ struggles and experiences and the complexities of being a person of color.
Our vision is to help our clients achieve greater self-awareness, improve their relationships, and live happier, more fulfilling lives. MBCare also strives to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues and promote greater awareness and understanding of mental health concerns in the broader community. MB Care provides individual (10+), couples, and family therapy as well as psychological assessments.
