Taylor Reinke, AMFT
With warmth and care, Taylor creates a nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, feel safe, and begin to better understand themselves. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, seeking personal growth, or coping with symptoms of anxiety or depression, Taylor offers a supportive and collaborative approach to help you explore what is coming up and what you need.
Taylor works with adults, adolescents, and couples as they move through emotional challenges and life transitions. Her understanding of clients’ concerns is grounded primarily in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which help explore patterns, past experiences, and the different parts of ourselves that shape how we relate to the world. While these approaches guide her clinical perspective, Taylor takes an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a range of tools and techniques to best support each client’s individual needs and goals.
Taylor brings experience working with adults, families, and children in community mental health settings and has a strong background supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming and focused on understanding each client’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and navigating the world, without pathologizing differences.
Taylor values authenticity, collaboration, and meeting clients where they are. She strives to build a therapeutic relationship that feels grounded, supportive, and human—one where clients feel seen and empowered to move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
