Paria Razavi, AMFT
I, Paria Razavi am a BBS registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at Mind-Body Care Inc., under the supervision of Sunita Roychoudhury, LMFT, LPCC. I received my bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at UC Davis, and received my Masters Degree at University of San Francisco. I had prior experience working with a diverse population of children, adolescents, young adults and their families, along with different cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses and challenges. I draw from evidence- based theories such as DBT, CBT and Trauma- informed theories in order to tend to each client’s needs and challenges. The eclectic approach allows me to utilize a client-centered approach in sessions in hopes to move at each client’s pace and help build empowerment, confidence, and provide a space for each person to navigate their authenticity. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, transition periods, and other mental health needs one may experience.
