Jas Chok
Jas Chok is a fifth-year Ph.D. student in the Clinical Psychology program at Palo Alto University, specializing in neuropsychology. She has gained broad clinical experience in intervention and assessment across diverse settings, including community mental health centers, hospitals, and residential treatment facilities. She is experienced in providing psychodiagonostic testing for individuals with cognitive, psychiatric, and learning challenges. Her therapeutic style focuses on meeting clients where they are, and using compatible modalities such as cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, or acceptance and commitment therapy.
Jas is also actively involved in research through the Aging, Neuropsychology, and Depression Lab at Palo Alto University, and at the Palo Alto and Martinez VA Medical Centers. Her clinical and research interests center on geropsychology, neuropsychology, as well as cultural impact on cognitive changes. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Music, from St. Mary’s College of California. In her free time, she enjoys climbing, crafting, and reading.
