Hannah Hulscher, MA
Executive Function Coach
I am a clinical psychology professional with a diverse background in research, treatment, and mental health support. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside (UCR), where I also volunteered as a research assistant, investigating online social networks for individuals with chronic autoimmune pain conditions. After completing my undergraduate degree, I gained hands-on experience as a mental health technician in residential treatment facilities, working with a wide range of clientele facing various mental health challenges.
I then pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Vermont (UVM), where I focused on exposure therapy and in-home support for individuals with anxiety and related disorders. During my time at UVM, I also volunteered as a research assistant, conducting studies on how physical activity influences executive functioning in children with ADHD. I utlized my background in psychological education, research, and support to help develop a curriculum for children and adolescents with ADHD. At Mind-Body Care, I work as a psychometrist as well as an executive function coach.
Managing everyday responsibilities can feel overwhelming when executive functioning skills are a challenge. For individuals with ADHD, staying organized, managing time, and completing tasks might seem impossible without extra support. Executive function coaching uses a customized approach to help build these essential skills, offering tools that improve focus and productivity while reducing frustration. It’s a personalized way to regain control and stay on track.
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities with clarity, confidence, and compassion. With a deep understanding of the challenges associated with managing time, focus, and organization, I take a personalized and empathetic approach to empower clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Drawing on evidence-based strategies, I create a supportive space where clients can build practical skills, develop resilience, and unlock their full potential. Whether working with students, professionals, or individuals seeking greater balance, I am committed to fostering growth and self-awareness, helping clients not only succeed but thrive.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy an active lifestyle, spending my free time running, hiking, skiing, and engaging in any activity that allows me to enjoy the outdoors. I also am a keen gamer who loves to learn about different video, board, and card games!
