Samantha Mach, AMFT

I believe in the healing power inherent in each one of us and that through support and listening, we all can get to know ourselves on a deeper level and discover how to best navigate our life. I work with compassion, from a non-judgemental and empathetic space. I meet you, my patients where you are in your journey. Together, we build a collaborative space where you can learn more about yourself, grow and discover how to best maneuver life’s challenges and explore life’s joys.
I believe every person is an artist, and if invited, guided, and supported, everyone can express themselves in a creative way. We are all artists, every instant, composing our life while it unfolds. I do feel that art enables us to reach, touch, and see different realms, inwardly. Art therapy allows for that journey to be experienced.
I have experience working in schools, hospitals, residential, and IOP; working with children, adolescents, and families, suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, issues of identity, and eating disorders among other things. I utilize art as well as other evidenced based modalities when working with clients.
