Don’t worry; we have you covered. As experts in premarital therapy in the Bay Area, our program is based on the award-winning Prepare/Enrich model. Using a personalized assessment at the beginning of your premarital journey, we will provide you with a conspicuous view of your relationship’s current strengths and growth areas. This tailored approach will enable you to learn about each other on a deeper level and will make uniting feel easy.

With an aim to equip couples, and families with evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships, it has helped more than 4,000,000 couples globally to prepare for marriage or enrich their relationship through taking the Prepare/Enrich assessment and working with a Certified Facilitator.

6 weeks Package

Week 1 & 2- Intake, which includes going over presenting concerns, relevant past history and understanding goals each one of you have.
Week 3- Online administration of the assessment.
Week 4- Feedback session to review the personalized assessment report and understand the current strengths and important growth areas
Week 5 & 6 – Working on building skills in the recommended growth areas- we can further continue to work on skills building beyond the package as you feel necessary.

The session will be 50 minutes per week

Hourly rate: $250 (private pay, you can be provided a superbill for any out of network benefits). For private pay clients we also have an option of converting the package into an intensive and save some valuable time. This way we can meet for longer duration and compress the program into fewer weeks.

I am also offering an exciting option “ A free 15-minute weekly phone check-in” to increase between sessions accountability with purchase of a prepaid package (private pay only)

I also accept the following insurances, in case you prefer using your insurance for the sessions: Aetna, Meritain, Cigna, and Anthem.
