Paria Razavi, AMFT
I am a BBS registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at Mind-Body Care Inc., under the supervision of Sunita Roychoudhury, LMFT, LPCC. I received my bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at UC Davis, and received my Masters Degree at University of San Francisco.
Life can bring challenges that feel heavy, isolating, and overwhelming at times. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or navigating big life changes, relationship struggles, or family challenges, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adolescents, transition youth and adults to create a supportive and empowering space where you can feel heard, build confidence, strengthen connections, and develop resilience and hope. I truly believe the future can be bright, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
I utilize an eclectic style by drawing from various evidence-based approaches to meet you where you are at. In a client-centered, culturally responsive space, we work together to challenge patterns and build empowerment, coping skills, resilience, and self-awareness to support healing and growth.
I offer a space to explore life’s challenges at your own pace, feeling supported and understood. I see therapy as a collaboration between two humans-your lived experience and my clinical perspective. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, empowering growth. My hope is to help you build a future rooted in confidence, connection and resilience.
