How I Help

I approach therapy as a process of developing insight, self-trust, and a more integrated relationship with yourself. The patterns that are hardest to release are often the ones that once served a protective role, and our work focuses on understanding and transforming those patterns rather than simply trying to eliminate them.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorder recovery, body image concerns, identity disruption, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care with transpersonal, Jungian, and depth-oriented frameworks. This allows us to work both with present-day symptoms and with the deeper structures shaping your experience.

Music and expressive arts are woven into my work as therapeutic tools. For some clients, these approaches provide access to emotional material that is difficult to reach through language alone. I hold therapy as a place where your story unfolds in its own rhythm, sometimes spoken, sometimes carried in feeling, image, or sound.
